  20. Don't go by his CV. There are so many with rather better Biodata than him. U refer to A Raja's or Chidambaram's Bio data that's also good. He has to mend his way of working if he wants to be fruitful. He's confused man. Haven't heard him doing anything great as an Income Tax Comm.
