2G Scam P Chidambaram not made a co accused by Judge O P Saini

Janata Party President Subramanian Swamy filed the petition that asks for Mr. Chidambaram to be made a co-accused in the 2G case.



Today judge O P Saini dismissed the petitioners Petition to make P. Chidambaram to be made a co-accused in the 2G case.

Now Swamy will file the appeal in the higher court against this verdict.

    So, Chidambaram is not a co-conspirator. But there may be dereliction of duty in his part in not preventing an obvious loss to government.
    But there are so many unnecessary expenses by other ministeries and departments that the loss to government due to telecom scam is peanuts. Maybe even less.
