ReplyDeletesm, Paris Hilton handing over 100$ bill to beggar was curious news for me..I really wished that receiving beggar got to encash 100$ to its full value..I tried to google more but found this sad end...100$ bill was tore up into pieces...photographer SAtyajit Desai was only witness..I wish he should have educated that woman or showed the right way to encash that dollar note.
