BJP Government will it Cancel Rs. 3500 Cr Hindu Religious Subsidy

The SC in 2012 had directed the Centre to gradually abolish the Haj subsidy over a period of 10 years. The Supreme Court also said the Centre should invest that amount in education and other development measures for the minority community. It said that this subsidy is unconstitutional.

Article 27 of the Constitution says that -  "Freedom as to payment of taxes for promotion of any particular religion No person shall be compelled to pay any taxes, the proceeds of which are specifically appropriated in payment of expenses for the promotion or maintenance of any particular religion or religions denomination."

BJP government cancelled the Hajj subsidy given to Muslims.
The government move to cancel subsidy is a good move.
Now this saved money needs to be spent on girl child education or good schemes not on the building statue of people or advertisements of the elected political leaders.

Now what about cancelling the religious subsidies given to Hindus.

1- Delhi Government –
The AAP government approved a scheme to enable 1,100 senior citizens from each assembly constituency in Delhi to undertake free pilgrimage.
It is proposed that a total of 77,000 pilgrims will be able to avail the facility every year under the Mukhyamantri Tirth Yatra Yojana, the expenses for which will be borne by the government, according to an official statement.
The scheme will be for the following routes: Delhi- Mathura-Vrindavan-Agra-Fatehpur Sikri-Delhi; Delhi-Haridwar- Rishikesh-Neelkanth-Delhi; Delhi-Ajmer-Pushkar-Delhi; Delhi- Amritsar-Bagha Border-Anandpur Sahib-Delhi and Delhi-Vaishno Devi-Jammu-Delhi.

2-Madhya Pradesh –
MP is the only state that subsidies travel to holy places in Pakistan (Nankana Saheb Shrine and Hinglaj Mata temple), China (Kailash Man Sarovar), Cambodia (Angkor Vat) and Sri Lanka (Sita Mandir and Ashok Vatika).

Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh and Uttarakhand provide money to residents going on the Manasarovar yatra to cover a part of the expenses, which amount to about Rs 1.5 lakh each

Kailash Mansarovar Yatra
Indian government pays around Rs 6,000 towards boarding and accommodation of each pilgrim. The yatra is organized by the government, which spends money on security and health facilities for the pilgrims.

5-
Hindu Kumbh Mela –
Organized at four places in Haridwar, Allahabad, Nashik and Ujjain, Kumbh—
receives maximum fund for preparations.
The Union Culture ministry set aside Rs 100 crore for the Simhastha Mahakumbh in Ujjain on top of state government's allocated Rs 3,400 crore.
BJP Chief Minister Adityanath government in Uttar Pradesh last year announced that it will spend a massive fund of Rs 2500 crore for the preparations of Ardh Kumbh Mela scheduled to be held in 2019.

Now BJP government needs to reduce the subsidies given to Hindu and other religions so that fund will also get utilized on girl child education.

Question is - will BJP government cancel or reduce the subsidy given to Hindus or other religious faiths?
