Story –
Jolly is a lawyer and works as assistant to one famous lawyer.
Jolly has a dream to own his own chamber, chamber is a room or office which lawyers use in the court premises.
One female wants justice for that she wants to appoint the boss of Jolly, senior advocate.
But Jolly fools her gets Rs. 2 Lakh to buy the chamber.
Later that lady realizes Jolly fooled her, she commits suicide.

Now Jolly feels bad and he decides to fight for the Justice and he comes to know that the Police Killed the husband of the lady in a fake encounter.
Jolly Files Public Interest Litigation and Comedy is that the PIL is not heard by the Supreme Court of India but the lower court.

Now Jolly fights the police department, story runs from corruption, to anti-national and national emotions etc.

Story Theme = Excellent but failed attempt
Difficult to say is it a court room drama or a comedy movie
Songs – ok
Song Lyrics – ok one song is good
Music – ok
Locations, camera, photography = ok
Court room depiction = ok comedy not real court working
Acting – Akshay Kumar, Annu Kapoor, Saurabh Shukla excellent acting by all three

Theme, concept was excellent but failed and it became a court room comedy movie.

See the movie if you want to see a comedy movie don’t use mind Just Enjoy Comedy and sweet end
