Democracy Defeated BJP Bows before MNS ADHM Cleared

Democracy Defeated BJP Bows before MNS  Ae Dil Hai Mushkil Cleared
BJP Government failed to protect the freedom of speech and democracy in Maharashtra regarding movie Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.

In simple terms, story understand problem and understand how common man , Indian democracy got defeated in the fight of ADHM

A strong man told to weak man surrender before me, bow before me or I will destroy your legal property. After this warning  weak man went to his King, the king got the thousands of strong men in his police force who were ready to die for country and duty, but king called to strong man and meeting happened between weak man, strong man and the king, the controller of thousands of strong police force.
After this meeting weak man bowed before the strong man, and he agreed and accepted all the conditions of strong man and promised to pay money unwillingly but smiling as he realize that king is the friend of strong man not the weak men like him.

In above story what was the duty of the King?
Was it not the duty of King to protect poor or weak citizens of his state from strong men or group of men who blackmail the citizens.

But in above story strong King became the friend of strong man and  weak man bowed before the strong man the blackmailer
King failed to do his legal duty obligation to protect  his subjects including residents and the constitution and oath which he took when he became the King, The Chief Minister of state.

Ae Dil Hai Mushkil movie was made without using black movie, all Pakistani Artist who worked in that movie, they were legal workers in India, they came to India on valid working visa.
Government of India gave them work visa so they came to India to work.
Still today also there is no official ban on Pakistani workers in India.
It is the duty of BJP Government to ban and declare that Indian government will not give work permit to Pakistani Artist.

MNS opposed the release of movie saying that movie got Pakistani Actors.

The MNS had threatened to disrupt the screening of the film as it features Pakistani actor Fawad Khan.

MNS challenged the Maharashtra Government, Maharashtra Police Force, Maharashtra Chief Minister, Producers everyone declaring and saying that do what you want we will not allow the release of ADHM movie.

After this Karan Johar accompanied by Producers' Guild President Mukesh Bhatt met Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis at his home 'Varsha' in Mumbai on Saturday morning where Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief Raj Thackeray, whose party has been opposing the release, was also present. Producers Sidharth Roy Kapur, Sajid Nadiadwala and Vijay Singh of Fox Star Studios were also present in the meeting.

Bhatt told reporters that the meeting was "positive and constructive and 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' will release as per the schedule."

Bhatt said they have assured the CM that neither the Producers' Guild nor any filmmaker will work with any Pakistani artiste or technician in the future.

Also, the Guild will call a meeting to pass a resolution on not working with Pakistani artistes. A copy of the same would be sent to the Information and Broadcasting Ministry as well as the Chief Minister
"Karan Johar will display a slate of tribute for Uri martyrs before 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' starts playing out in the screens. It is a tribute from us to our soldiers," Bhatt said.
The makers of the film will also contribute a portion of its revenue to the army welfare fund as demanded by the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena [ MNS]

MNS laid down three conditions that filmmakers who worked with Pakistani actors have to comply with. These include a contribution of Rs 5 crore to the army welfare fund.
The Producers' Guild has agreed to the demand, Bhatt said.

"The producers should also put a blanket ban on Pakistani artistes, singers and technicians henceforth. Every producer, who has so far cast Pakistani actors, should give Rs 5 crore to the army welfare fund as an atonement. The producers should handover the cheque to the Defence Minister and make the photo public."

After this meeting Maharashtra Navnirman Sena withdrew its threat to stall the screening of movie ADHM.

Many Army officers told to media that this is extortion and Army does not need extorted money.

Maharashtra government totally failed in protecting the movie ADHM and producers surrendered the freedom of thought and speech before MNS.

Few questions?

Do you think it’s good to sell the love of country for Rs. 5 Crore?

What should be the price of love for country?

What should be the price of the death of a soldier?

Are you ready to sell your love of country for Rs. 5 Crore?

If someone does not say just Bharat Mata Ki Jai he becomes anti national and now what are you doing  you are going to sell love for India for Rs.5 Crore.

Today what are you going to say to the families of soldiers who died for motherland India, are you going to tell them for Rs. 5 Crore we broke the deal and now Pakistani artist are allowed in movie.

History will not forgive BJP for this Mistake, today no one will speak but History will not forgive for this mistake.

BJP failed to protect the democracy, the freedom of speech and profession and thought.

If you are planning to see this movie now think are you going to see this movie which is the classic example of defeat of Indian Democracy by the Mob Rule.

If you love Indian Democracy, if you Hate Mob Rule then please think before going to see this movie if your heart says Democracy is important, Freedom of Speech and Profession is important then you know what to do, no need to see the movie which has bowed before someone.

Its better to die for country than getting sold for Rs. 5 Crore.

I am sure today Gandhi,Bhagat Singh both must have cried in the heaven looking and watching this state of Indian Democracy.
