Download Windows 10 build 10586.63 available for non-insiders

Windows 10 PC and tablet users who are not part of the Windows Insider program are now able to download the 10586.63 build of the OS via Windows Update.

Windows Insiders are currently on build 11082, which was released on December 16 and is part of the forthcoming Redstone line. Those users will not see any update, but may have patches available too.

Windows 10 updates are cumulative. Therefore, this package contains all previously released fixes. If you have installed previous updates, only the new fixes that are contained in this package will be downloaded and installed to your computer.

Known issue in this update
Customers running Windows 10 or Windows 10 Version 1511 who have Citrix XenDesktop installed will not be offered the update. Because of a Citrix issue with the XenDesktop software, users who install the update will be prevented from logging on. To stay protected, Microsoft recommends uninstalling the incompatible software and installing this update. Customers should contact Citrix for more information and help with this XenDesktop software issue.
