Court Case filed against Mammootty for Endorsing Indulekha white soap
Court Case filed against Malayalam Superstar Mammootty for Endorsing Indulekha white soap Advertisement

K Chaathu, a man from Mananthavady taluk in Wayanad district, has filed a case in the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum against Indulekha, the company that manufactures Indulekha White Soap, and the Malayalam Superstar Mammootty a brand ambassador of the product.

The complainant, K Chathu, told PTI that he had been using the "Indulekha" white soap, endorsed by Mammootty for the past one year but was "disappointed" with the results.
"I have been using the soap for the past one year. But the promised results have not yet been seen. A person of Mammootty's stature, who has lot of influence, should not have cheated the people

He had filed the case earlier this month and sought compensation of Rs 50,000 and other reimbursements.

After that Summons was issued against company and actor.
