Finally Microsoft has released the comparison between different versions of Windows 10

Names of the 4 versions of the windows 10
1-Home
2-Pro
3-Enterprise
4-Education

Microsoft is offering free upgrades from Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 within the first year of launch.

Microsoft’s Windows Upgrade tool has revealed the official pricing of Windows 10 in US and International markets. When you launch the tool to know about how to get Windows 10 for free, Microsoft has published the pricing of Windows 10 that varies according to the market.

Windows 10 Home – $119 in US
Windows 10 Home – €135 in Europe
Windows 10 Home – £99.99 in UK

Windows 10 Pro will cost $199 in the US and similarly in other international markets. All these pricing will not matter to Windows 8.1, Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Insiders as they will get the Windows 10 upgrade for free.

Microsoft has posted a series of charts that compares Windows 10’s Home version with its Pro, Enterprise, and Education versions.

I am not sure if I will upgrade to Win 10 soon, as I want to wait until all the apps I use regularly will become compliant with the new OS. Not sure if they will be compatible at the time of release . . .
