Supreme Court Ajmal Kasab loses appeal Hang Till Death Death Sentence upheld

Wednesday
Supreme Court of India uphold the death sentence of 26/11 Mumbai terror attack convict Mohammed Ajmal Amir Kasab.

SC said that waging war against the country was the primary and foremost offence committed by the Pakistani terrorist.

Bombay High Court confirmed the death sentence of Kasab after that Kasab filed appeal in the supreme court of India.

A bench of Justice Aftab Alam and Justice CK Prasad dismissed the plea of  Kasab challenging his conviction and death sentence
