IPL Cricketers  Rahul Sharma Wayne Parnell Tested Positive for drugs

IPL Cricketers  players Wayne Parnell and Rahul Sharma, who were arrested at a rave party in Juhu, tested positive for drugs on Friday.

Rahul Sharma is currently in Sri Lanka for the ODI series.

On May 20 Juhu rave party that was raided by the Mumbai police.

On May 20 night, police busted a rave party at Oakwood Premier Hotel and rounded up 91 persons, including IPL players Wayne Parnell, Rahul Sharma and 19 foreign nationals.



Now what action BCCI IPL will take on him?

Do you think BCCI  will ban him for life?

Do you think a committee will be formed and it will give the report that both  players are not guilty?

Now what will happen in this case?

Police will arrest them.

After arrest, they will get bail.

They can later apply for drug rehabilitation in a government hospital as per section 64 (A) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.

They can then apply to the court for exemption from further action.

They are not accused of possessing drugs, they are only partygoers
