In a Court an application was moved by two children-- Tanya Thakur and Aditya Thakur.
They told to court that they gave an application at Gomti Nagar police on April 10, but it was not received. The application was received next day, but no FIR was lodged.
The applicants prayed that an FIR should be lodged and the matter be investigated.
The applicants alleged that Baba was fooling lakhs of people by creating fear of religion and his acts were promoting superstition.
Chief Judicial Magistrate Rajesh Upadhyaya while accepting an application moved by two children directed Gomti Nagar police to lodge a case against Nirmal Baba.
The court in its order said that submission made by the applicants regarding Baba was surely against the scientific and logical thinking of humans and falls in the category of misleading the society, superstition and cheating.
The CJM directed the police to submit investigation report before the court

The world is filled with such idiots, that who has not even seen or met Nirmal Baba ji,still says that he is fraud.Not only baba ji but there are many more people who can do miracles(unknown science to 99% people).Everyone must know that every human being in this earth uses only 5% of his brain capacity in normal condition. When somebody learns to decode more than 5% of human brain, then common people believe that he has got mystic powers. Every human being is capable of utilzing his full mind capacity only when he tries to search & gets the knowledge. When someone does not understand the laws of nature,he should not simply reject it becauce of his ignorance. Baba ji has never ever asked the money in form of Daswandent to be sent over to him. For ages, in our country daswand has been offered to the Guru, teacher or to the power(shakti) which one feels has been behind ones success. I just went through a little facts been discussed here and a lot of maths comes in my mind that If one samagam is Rs. 3000 per person then if only 300 people register for it then directly 9 Lac INR per samagam and if even 10 fake people are paid 10,000 INR for false deduction then 8 Lac INR profit per samagam :) and yes News channels will run 24X7 so they has to show something then why not this ?
