Today Delhi Court framed charges against 7 accused persons in street lighting scam case which happened during CWG Corruption games 2010.
In 2010 MCD decided to upgrade the street lighting to international standards.
Because of CWG games [ otherwise We Indians do not have right to live as per International standards ?]
After that tenders were invited by civic body in 2008
Five companies, including Sweska Powertech applied for it.
Then it is said that the company got the contract illegally now Court Will decide the case who is guilty and who is not guilty.

This is 2012 and just charges framed in time span of 2 years justice delayed in justice denied.
This is one of the reason no criminal minded person fears Indian laws.
They are useless and only Indian honest citizens fear them.
Following are the names of 7 accused persons against whom Special CBI Judge Pradeep Chaddah framed charges
1. MCD Superintendent Engineer D K Sugan
2. Executive Engineer 0 P Mahla
3. Accountant Raju V
4. civic body's tender clerk Gurcharan Singh
5. private firm Sweska Powertech Engineering Pvt Ltd
6. its Managing Director T P Singh
7. and Director J P Singh
The court framed charges against the accused under
1. section 120-B (criminal conspiracy)
2. 420 (cheating)
3. 467 (forgery of valuable security, will, etc)
4. 468 (forgery for purpose of cheating)
5. 471 (using as genuine a forged document or electronic record)
Under the IPC and various provisions of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
Next date of the case is April 3 for recording of prosecution evidence in the street lighting case.
Demand Punishment of Death or 1000 Years of Jail term for Corruption without bail and pardon or open jail.
