Showing the honesty and power of truth Pakistan Supreme Court, 7 Bench Court
Led by Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk ordered contempt charges against Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani in the National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) case, a corruption amnesty issued by former military ruler Pervez Musharraf in 2007.

The court ordered Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani to appear before it in person on January 19 for failing to reopen corruption cases against President Asif Ali Zardari and over 8,000 others.

Before this many times SC of Pakistan gave opportunities to them to act on the corruption, they never took any action and delayed and delayed and indirectly showed that
We will not listen you, We will not listen you do what you can do?

Now what will happen?

Now PM will resign or he will go for vote of confidence.

The good thing in Pakistan is that Lawyers support it and SC got the power to use Army against corrupt People including government.

Thus Politicians of Pakistan can not ignore SC.

What will happen in such type of cases in India?

Political parties unite, they pass the amendment, new law and over ride the judgment of Supreme Court of India, and SC also accepts it even it the amendment is wrong when applied
Human rights.
