UP Scam in Kanshiram Awaas Yojna 1000 Free Homes for Poor Not Poor but Rich got the Homes
The purpose of the Kanshiram Awaas Yojna was that thousands of free low-cost homes to the poor in the cities of Uttar Pradesh.
1,000 homes were also built in Noida under Kanshiram Awaas Yojna project.
But CNN IBN investigative team found that the flats are being handed
to millionaires and not to the eligible poor.
The documents show that
1. The Flat, 66D, in Noida's Sector 45 plot belongs to one Alpana Saxena, general secretary of the Rashtriya Parivartan Party. She already owns the other properties.
2. Flat number 42A has been allotted to millionaire contractor Santosh who owns many other properties.
3. Flat 31D was allotted to a builder Prince Kumar Chaudhury.
4. Flat 31D was allotted to a builder Prince Kumar Chaudhury.
5. Flat 104A belongs to Indrajit Chaudury, a resident of Bulandsaher, who used forged documents to show himself as a local resident get a flat in this project.
6. Flat 106D belongs to Subodh Kumar, who already owns 2 apartments in Noida's Sector 82 and 93.
But still no action was taken on them.
The people who accuse Team Anna they why do not take action on this now.
In such type of open corruption why they keep quite and do not approach to police.
Why Rahul Gandhi is not taking this issue and filing a case in the Court of Law.
I think all the rich people who got the flat in this Scheme should be booked under IPC 420 section and other relevant sections for cheating Government of Uttar Pradesh.
Our Punishments are so useless we need to change them.

it is so shocking..I hope that proper action is taken against them.
The rich often cheat because they know laws by heart. The core issue therefore is non-transparency of laws.
Rahul Gandhi method of Lokpal is the best. It is time we all accepted this. Anna Hazare method of videography is not that good.
